Casale Mussino is an ancient building, probably already a watchtower of 14th century origin. Beautifully preserved and fully realized in the beautiful stone face, the building is in excellent structural conditions; the facilities were partially redone, the fixtures were partially restored, the whole structure has been consolidated and the roof is in order (although not insulated). Casale Mussino liesn an oasis of greenery and peace within walking distance (less than 3 km, of which 2 Street imbrecciata) from the village of Pierantonio, 4 km from the exit E45 and less than 25 minutes ' drive from Perugia. The estate has grown to about 6 and also includes a bucolic Fishpond, a wide area of production of black truffle (the 12th year of production), an olive grove with 60 olive trees and areas of pasture and scrub. The building stands on a colland very dominant and enjoys a wonderful view over the valley below, without any disturbance.
